Every year, before classes begin, our teachers share a fraternity retreat where they live the Carmelite charism.
On this occasion, the meeting was about the example of life and teachings of Monsignor Albano Quinn, O. Carm. whom we recognize as a prophet of our times, and whom many people remember fondly in Cusco and Lima.
The retreat was led by Father Miguel Bacigalupo O. Carm., President of our school, and was accompanied by our academic and ecclesiastical authorities.
Each teacher enthusiastically shared the dynamics and moments of integration.
As Catholics, prayer was always present, from the Ash Wednesday mass, to every ceremony in which we surrendered our hearts to Jesus our Lord.
We thank God and our Mother Mary for the opportunity to have lived this retreat, for having grown as christians, as brothers and as Carmelites’ teachers.
